COMTRON Inc completes acquisition of Megasystem Inc,
a leading provider electronic components distributor based
in Buena Park. Megasystem was established in 1980 by Yong S.
Kim, founder and president of our company. His central focus
was to establish solid marketing ties between the Far East
and the United States. Presently, we have two offices; our
main office is in Buena Park, California and we have a
branch office in South Korea.
